株式会社ニシムラ、マグペイントジャパン株式会社（以下「当グループ」といいます）では、個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報を保護することが社会的責務であると考え個人情報に関する法令及び社内規程等を遵守し、当グループで取扱う個人情報の取得・利用・管理を適正に行います。
2．適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、当グループが管理・運営する「https://www.nsmrp.com/」から始まるURL（アドレス）を有するウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」といいます）を通じて提供いただく利用者の個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなど）に適用されます。
3．個人情報の取得と利用目的
個人情報の取得
当グループが個人情報を取得する場合は、利用者ご本人の意思による提供を原則とし、取得にあたっては、その利用目的を明示いたします。なお、取得する個人情報は、明示した目的を達成するために必要な範囲とします。
個人情報の利用
当グループがお預かりした個人情報は、利用者ご本人に承諾を得た範囲内でまた利用目的に沿った範囲内で利用致します。利用目的については、以下の「利用目的の範囲」の内、当グループの正当な事業の範囲内でその目的の達成に必要な事項を利用目的と致します。

上記目的以外の利用について
上記以外の目的で個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合には、法令により許される場合を除き、その利用について利用者ご本人の同意を頂くものとします。ただし、個人の識別ができない範囲内において集計や分析に利用することがあります。
4．個人情報の第三者への開示、提供
当グループは個人情報を適切に管理し、 あらかじめご本人様の同意を得ることなく第三者へ開示または提供することはありません。 ただし、以下に示すいずれかに該当する場合は除きます。
- お客様の同意がある場合
- 当グループの利用目的の遂行のため、個人情報の取り扱いを第三者に委託する場合
- 法令等に基づく要請があり開示が必要であると判断される場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護に必要である
なお、個人情報の取り扱いを第三者に委託する場合であっても、お客様の個人情報の安全管理が図れるよう、当グループは当該委託先に対して、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
5．個人情報の保管期間について
個人情報の保管期間は、原則として納品実施の翌年度末を保管期限（最長2年）とさせていただいております。経年変化比較を前提とする商品等、一部例外がございます。
当該保管期間終了後は速やかに削除いたします。なお、保管期間中におきましても、お客様からご指示いただいた場合は、削除いたします。
6．個人情報の安全管理対策
当グループでは、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報を適切かつ厳重に管理し、個人情報への不正アクセスや個人情報の紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏えい等の防止に必要かつ十分な安全管理対策を実施します。
7．個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等
開示・訂正・利用停止等のお申し出があった場合には、当グループ所定の方法に基づき対応します。
なお、その際には公的証明書などを利用してご本人であることを確認させていただきます。
8．本プライバシーポリシーの改定について
当グループは、本プライバシーポリシーの内容を予告なく改定することがあります。その効力、当サイトに公表された時から生じるものとします。ただし、取得した個人情報の利用目的を、変更前の利用目的と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲を超えて変更する場合は、変更後の利用目的につきご本人の同意を得るものとします。
